  • Our multilingual staff is on hand to answer any inquires you have Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM.
  • We carry Errors and Omissions, General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and EPLI insurance coverage and are fully licensed with the California Department of Real Estate #01522472.
  • Your assets and tenants are protected with comprehensive legal documents and 24/7 emergency service, including all holidays.
  • We are well versed and committed to the ongoing education of: Fair Housing Training and Discrimination, Landlord-Tenant laws, OSHA and Work Safety programs, sexual harassment concerns, and federal, state, & local regulations and ordinances (i.e. lead paint, smoke detectors, etc.).
  • Our Property Management fee is based as a percentage of gross operating income, meaning that we do not collect a fee for any vacant units. However, depending upon the size of the property, we may impose a minimum. All of the services and activities described in SCOPE OF SERVICES – Property Management as well as HOW WE OPERATE are included.
  • Industry-standard charges are imposed for any leasing, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and improvements. Extended-services, project management, or property rehabilitation fees depend on type and scope of project.
  • Clients have the option of complete Asset Advisory management with integrated Property Management and/or choosing individual Advisory services, independent of management, such as consulting, portfolio valuation, deal sourcing, etc.
  • BPO fees depend upon type and turnaround time. Same-day BPO requests must be submitted by 9:00AM PST.
